As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements and develop solutions.

- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns and trends and extract meaningful insights.

- Continuously research and evaluate new machine-learning techniques and tools to improve existing models and algorithms.

- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make necessary improvements.

- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability for machine learning projects.

- Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2-5+ years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.

- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.

- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
