Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Bahria Phase 4, Islamabad/Rawalpindi

Working Hours: Night Shift (Pakistan Time 7:00 PM- 4:00 AM) - Monday- Friday

Please note this is onsite role and resource with strong English communication is required for this role

Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will drive our growth by identifying opportunities, fostering client relationships, and delivering customized IT consulting solutions. You will be instrumental in expanding our footprint and contributing to our success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and target potential clients across industries needing IT consulting services.
  • Leverage channels like cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events to generate and nurture leads.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions to meet their goals.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful business proposals, presentations, and pitches.

4. Market Research & Insights

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market changes.
  • Analyze competitor strategies to uncover opportunities for differentiation and growth.

5. Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide market feedback to refine service offerings and strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelors in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in IT or consulting.
  • Communication: Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of IT services, emerging technologies, and consulting practices.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Results-Driven: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
