Job Purpose / Summary:
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing the brands online presence across all major platforms. This includes creating engaging content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated with trends to drive audience engagement and brand loyalty. Your role will play a key part in strengthening the companys voice and supporting overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:

Develop and maintain a consistent brand tone across all social media platforms.

Plan and create engaging content (images, videos, reels, captions, stories) aligned with marketing objectives.

Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting on all channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Write clear, creative, and engaging copy for posts, captions, and social ads.

Support in writing blog posts, newsletters, and website content when needed.
Community Management:

Monitor, respond, and engage with followers and potential customers in real-time.

Build a strong online community and increase interaction across all platforms.

Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach.
Campaign Execution:

Support the execution of paid and organic campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversions.

Work closely with the design team to produce visually appealing creatives.

Assist in planning and executing social media giveaways, contests, and live events.
Analytics & Reporting:

Track performance of posts and campaigns using analytics tools.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and increase ROI.
Requirements:
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing business social media pages.

Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Basic understanding of SEO and social media algorithms.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Creative mindset with an eye for trends and details.

Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
