We are a leading Education Visa Consultancy specializing in admissions to U.S.-based universities. Our team is dedicated to guiding students through the visa and application process, ensuring a smooth transition to their academic journey abroad.

Salary:

PKR 100,000 - 200,000, based on experience (hiring for both Senior & Junior roles).

Job Description:

  • Organize and conduct outreach activities such as seminars and webinars for lead generation.
  • Manage all customer-related activities, address employee grievances, and take accountability for branch operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and enhance the performance of the branch management team to achieve goals and targets.
  • Oversee and resolve all customer-related operational issues effectively.
  • Develop and implement branch sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, accounts, and administrative departments.
  • Continuously assess, develop, and implement improvements in team performance, service levels, and processes in collaboration with management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Any graduate degree.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in branch operations, branch management, or team handling.
  • Prior experience in the Overseas Education/Study Abroad industry is required.
  • Strong background in sales within the study abroad sector is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
  • Presentable personality with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
