Job Description Insolvency Administrator
Background
Our client company, a firm of Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Practitioners based in London, UK, is seeking a competent and responsible individual to join their growing insolvency team. With plans to establish a team in Lahore, the role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-pressure, and tightly regulated field. The ability to meet tight deadlines and work in an organized and timely manner is essential.
Initial training will be provided, and the selected candidate will be hired on a 3-month probation period.
Location: Lahore - Defence Phase 6
Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (reporting to the UK), with occasional requirements to work earlier or later
Reporting To: Senior Manager
Salary Range: PKR 75,000 - 150,000
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the work of the team.
- Review insolvency case files and prepare annual and final reports.
- Manage all client work allocated by Partners and other team members.
- Take initiative and progress insolvency cases independently.
- Exercise high standards of client care in a professional and courteous manner.
- Demonstrate excellent written and interpersonal skills for drafting emails and presentations.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all client documentation and information.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with colleagues.
- Perform investigations and bank statement analyses related to company affairs.
Training for the above tasks and other broader responsibilities will be provided.
Skills and Experience Required
- Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or ACCA with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Language Proficiency:
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Adaptable and flexible to work demands.
