Junior Finance Operations Associate (Vertical-Specific)

Reports To: Finance Specialist (Assigned Vertical)

We are seeking a Junior Finance Operations Associate to support financial transactions, compliance, and operational efficiency within the finance department. This role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions & Data Entry

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Reconcile bank accounts, ledger balances, and financial records to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain financial documentation in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support payroll processing, tax filings, and reconciliations under the guidance of the Finance Specialist.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Handle routine finance-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or finance operations.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial software.

Preferred:

Interest in pursuing professional finance qualifications (exam sponsorship and study leave available).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
