Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Professional to design, build, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud Journeys, automation workflows, segmentation, and personalization, ensuring effective customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize Marketing Cloud Journeys and automation workflows for targeted customer engagement.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, SMS, and push notifications using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder.
  • Develop and implement responsive, dynamic, and personalized email templates and landing pages.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems, data sources, and APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Configure Marketing Cloud Connector and integrate it with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications.
  • Build and optimize audience segmentation using SQL, Data Extensions, and Automation Studio.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations in all marketing communications.
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in solution design, data segmentation, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and query optimization.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPscript for email and landing page development.
  • Experience in multi-channel subscriber management and web analytics.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure timely and successful campaign execution.
