Business Development Executive (Field Role)
Location: Gulberg, Lahore
Working Style: Onsite / In-person
Reports to: BD Manager
Role Summary:
Drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, pitching company services, and developing long-term relationships to achieve sales and expansion targets.
Key Responsibilities:
 Identify and approach potential clients across relevant industries.
 Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
 Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM record.
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
 Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
 Participate in marketing and networking activities to generate business opportunities.
Requirements:
 Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
 03 years of field sales experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 Confident in client meetings and professional presentations.
 Willing to travel for business development activities.
