Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional HR Manager to lead and manage human resources operations in our Visa Consultancy firm. The role requires expertise in recruitment, HR documentation, employee engagement, and performance management. The HR Manager will ensure smooth HR processes, compliance with labor laws, and a positive workplace culture aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding

  • Develop and implement structured recruitment systems to attract top talent

  • Conduct orientation programs and training sessions for new and existing employees

  • Maintain and update accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems

  • Define, track, and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement

  • Conduct performance appraisals in collaboration with department heads

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support professional development plans

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and company policies

  • Assist in payroll preparation by managing attendance, leave, and bonus records

  • Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organizational growth strategies

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of HR management experience (preferably in consultancies or service industries)

  • Strong expertise in recruitment, training, performance management, and payroll

  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/HRIS

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential matters discreetly
