Salary Range: PKR 60,000 80,000 + Bonuses

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, well-mannered, and presentable Receptionist & Protocol Officer to manage the front desk of our visa consultancy office. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth administrative operations while supporting the consultancy team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients courteously and professionally

  • Provide visitor protocol and ensure smooth client service experience

  • Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the office calendar

  • Provide accurate information regarding visa services and application procedures

  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area

  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and other basic administrative tasks

  • Coordinate with consultants to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Follow up with clients via phone and email as needed

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client documents and sensitive information

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree

  • Pleasant personality with professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk officer (visa, education, or travel consultancy preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
