Salary Range: PKR 60,000 80,000 + Bonuses
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, well-mannered, and presentable Receptionist & Protocol Officer to manage the front desk of our visa consultancy office. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth administrative operations while supporting the consultancy team.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in clients courteously and professionally

Provide visitor protocol and ensure smooth client service experience

Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the office calendar

Provide accurate information regarding visa services and application procedures

Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area

Assist with photocopying, scanning, and other basic administrative tasks

Coordinate with consultants to ensure seamless service delivery

Follow up with clients via phone and email as needed

Maintain strict confidentiality of client documents and sensitive information
Requirements

Bachelors degree
-
Pleasant personality with professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor

Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk officer (visa, education, or travel consultancy preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
