About the Role

We are hiring a highly driven AI Content & Operations Strategist for one of pur client campanies who  work directly with the COO and lead key strategic initiatives. This role blends AI trend expertise, content psychology, and operational management, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, learning-first environment and understands what makes content perform in todays creator economy.

Key Responsibilities

AI Knowledge & Insights

  • Monitor the latest AI models, tools, and industry shifts

  • Analyze emerging AI platforms and present strategic insights to leadership

  • Convert complex AI concepts into simple, actionable recommendations

Content Strategy & Creator Psychology

  • Study top US creators on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Reels & Shorts

  • Identify viral triggers, content formulas, and engagement frameworks

  • Apply content psychology to guide client strategies and internal marketing

Project & Client Operations

  • Support high-priority client projects with research, documentation, and execution

  • Draft polished communications, agendas, and reports in flawless English

  • Coordinate stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and professional
