Role Overview

The Manager PPC & Operations will be responsible for production planning, process coordination, and operational efficiency. This role focuses on PPC activities, BOM management, consumption planning, and ERP-based production control to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Production Planning & Control (PPC) to meet delivery timelines
• Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for production processes
• Plan and monitor material consumption to reduce wastage and control costs

• Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams

• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting through ERP systems

• Monitor production schedules and resolve operational bottlenecks

• Improve operational efficiency and workflow processes

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in PPC or production operations

• Strong knowledge of PPC, BOM, and consumption planning

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems

• Good understanding of production workflows and inventory control

• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
