About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and analytically sharp SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Lahore. In this role, you will own the search engine optimization strategy end-to-end — from technical audits and keyword research to on-page optimization and link building. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Perform thorough technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve crawlability, indexability, and site speed issues.
  • Optimize on-page elements including meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, internal linking, and structured data markup.
  • Create and execute white-hat link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all written content is SEO-optimized without sacrificing quality.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Track algorithm updates and proactively adapt strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
  • Manage and optimize local SEO presence including Google Business Profile listings.
  • Present monthly performance reports with insights, observations, and forward-looking recommendations.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in new website features, blog posts, and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or digital agency environment.
  • Proven track record of improving organic rankings, traffic, and conversions for competitive keywords.
  • Strong proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO: site architecture, crawl budget, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, robots.txt, and sitemaps.
  • Experience with on-page and off-page SEO including content optimization and link acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to build reports and present findings clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
