Role Overview
- Support the company's marketing activities including social media, OTT, local newspapers, and other promotional platforms.
- Generate student leads through field visits and relationship building.

Strengthen the company's brand profile in the education sector.
- Act as a bridge between students, parents, and universities by providing guidance and assistance.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales and student recruitment targets.

Develop partnerships with schools/colleges in Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi.

Promote company services through presentations, events, and seminars.

Guide students about university requirements, admissions, and standardized test registrations (IELTS, SAT, etc.).

Assist students with documentation and visa-related processes.

Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online, OTT, print media, social media).

Create and place engaging content in local newspapers, digital platforms, and company profiles.

Identify education fairs, exhibitions, and activities to showcase services.

Respond to student and client queries promptly and professionally.

Document all meetings, visits, and recruitment activities.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, student recruitment, or education consultancy.

Proven track record of building partnerships with schools/colleges.

Knowledge of study abroad processes (admissions, counseling, documentation).

Familiarity with marketing and promotional activities (social media, OTT, traditional formats).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
