Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage retail and wholesale sales operations in the textile industry. This role involves online sales, cold calling, and building strong relationships with clients, primarily targeting the USA market.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle online sales inquiries and convert leads into successful sales

• Conduct cold calls to potential retail and wholesale clients

• Maintain strong communication with USA-based customers

• Identify new sales opportunities and grow existing accounts

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate sales records and client data

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in retail and wholesale sales (textile industry preferred)

• Strong online sales and cold calling experience

• Excellent USA English communication skills (verbal & written)

• Good understanding of sales techniques and closing strategies

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

• Ability to work night shifts and perform well in a target-driven environment
