Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR Management / Business Administration and related degree

Familiarity with HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance)

Proficiency in MS Office

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build HR systems from the ground up
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Manage recruitment cycle: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding

Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files

Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

Support management with workforce planning and performance management

Organize training, orientation, and employee engagement activities
