Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth in visa consultancy services. The candidate must have proven sales expertise and a strong network in education, travel, or immigration sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute strategies to grow student, work, and immigration visa services.

-Identify and establish B2B partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporate clients.

-Generate leads through online/offline channels and ensure successful conversions.

-Build strong, long-term client and institutional relationships.

-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot opportunities.

-Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and outreach plans.

-Represent the company at education fairs, events, and networking sessions.

-Monitor and analyze KPIs, preparing regular sales performance reports.

-Work closely with operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

-Stay updated on global visa regulations, market trends, and education policies.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

-3-5 years of business development/sales experience (visa, travel, or education preferred).

-Strong industry network highly desirable.

-Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

-Proven ability to meet targets and close high-value deals.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
