Role Overview
The HR Specialist will manage core HR operations and end-to-end recruitment, ensuring smooth hiring processes, accurate HR records, and effective employee support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring

Manage daily HR operations including attendance, employee records, and documentation

Handle onboarding, orientation, and HR compliance processes

Maintain accurate HR databases and employee files

Coordinate with department heads on workforce and hiring needs

Address employee HR-related queries and operational issues
Requirements

3–4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment

Strong understanding of hiring processes and HR documentation

Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
