About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support website optimization, CRM implementation, social media marketing, and lead generation efforts. If you have experience in digital marketing, CRM management, and strategic outreach, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Management - Click Up
Implement and manage ClickUp CRM for structured lead tracking, follow-ups, and progress reporting.
Utilize automation tools to streamline client outreach and follow-ups.
2. Social Media Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute engagement strategies on Instagram to connect with ideal clients through content marketing and DM outreach.
Manage LinkedIn marketing efforts to build professional partnerships and establish the brands authority in the wellness space.
3. Lead Generation & Scheduling
Conduct lead outreach, follow up with potential clients, and schedule wellness consultations.
Maintain a structured system for tracking responses and converting leads into booked calls.
4. Strategic Partnerships
Identify and establish collaborations with local businesses (e.g., injury lawyers, yoga studios, fitness trainers) for referral partnerships.
Assist in developing an affiliate/reward program to incentivize referrals.
Who You Are
- Experienced in CRM tools (ClickUp preferred), social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
