Position: Executive Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and provide support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our clients, as well as providing support for their business operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain executive's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and events

- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents

- Conduct research and gather information for projects and presentations

- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail

- Organize and maintain files and records

- Assist with project management and coordination

- Provide general administrative support as needed

- Act as a liaison between clients, team members, and external partners

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- High level of professionalism and confidentiality

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proactive and able to anticipate needs and issues

- Experience in project management and coordination is a plus
