Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager with a background in personal injury law to support legal case management, client coordination, and document preparation. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury cases, legal research, and administrative tasks. While we are open to training a lawyer or law student, personal injury experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track personal injury cases, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
• Conduct legal research and draft case summaries, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather case-related information.
• Assist in organizing case files, evidence, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to legal teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Experience in personal injury law (1-2 years).
• Law student or lawyer (training available for the right candidate).
• Strong understanding of US/Philippine laws, legal procedures, and case management.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
