Our client, a dynamic marketing agency in Sydney, Australia, is looking for a skilled Digital Marketer with a strong background in customer relations and engagement. This role requires someone proactive, creative, and strategic in managing digital marketing initiatives while ensuring excellent customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation
Manage customer engagement across multiple platforms (social media, email, chat, etc.)
Create compelling content and campaigns to drive customer interaction and retention
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
Strong understanding of customer relationship management and engagement strategies
Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and content creation
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
