Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation and a proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries

- Use various lead generation methods, such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media, to reach out to potential clients

- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team

- Build and maintain a database of leads and track progress through the sales pipeline

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns

- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results

- Continuously identify and implement ways to improve lead generation processes and results

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience

- Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in a B2B environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles

- Proficient in using various lead generation tools and methods

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
