Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Team Lead UX/UI, Product Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to set and lead the user-centered design direction for our sophisticated CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) platform, impacting how businesses communicate and serve their customers globally.
What You Will Do:
- Define and lead the UX/UI design strategy and critical decision-making for both core platform features and exciting new product initiatives.
- Translate strategic big-picture workflows into detailed, actionable UX/UI designs, ensuring both a cohesive overall vision and pixel-perfect execution.
- Actively participate in the Agile/Scrum process, maintaining deep alignment with product goals, understanding user needs, considering technical constraints, and adapting to ongoing priorities to ensure design decisions are strategically grounded.
- Collaborate closely with your team to deliver a comprehensive range of high-quality UX assets, including concept designs, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that contribute to intuitive, effective, and consistent user experiences.
- Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, stakeholders, and development teams throughout the iteration cycle to refine ideas and deliver innovative solutions that advance the product vision.
- Conduct regular usability testing, synthesize user feedback, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize existing features and workflows based on data and user insights.
- Clearly articulate and present design solutions, rationale, and impact to project team members and stakeholders, building alignment and shared understanding.
- Mentor and guide members of the design team, fostering their growth and contributing to a culture of design excellence.
We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with at least 1 year specifically in a lead, senior, or mentoring capacity.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a proven track record designing complex web applications or B2B enterprise platforms, showcasing both strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid experience working in fast-paced, iterative product development environments; comfort with quickly prototyping, testing, and refining design ideas based on feedback.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and Customer Experience (CX) best practices, with the ability to translate user and business needs into intuitive, end-to-end digital experiences.
- Familiarity and practical experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and utilizing scalable design systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills capable of effectively advocating for design decisions and collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
