As we continue to expand our reach and client base, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Freelance Tech Recruiter to join our team.
What You'll Do
As a Tech Recruiter, you will:
- Proactively source and engage top-tier technical talent in Poland using your extensive network, LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search techniques, and other effective sourcing tools tailored to your expertise.
- Screen candidates thoroughly to assess their skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.
- Ensure a smooth, fair, and transparent experience for both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience focused on sourcing and placing technical roles (Software Developers, Project Managers, DevOps Engineers, Tech Support, etc.).
- Exceptional familiarity with the Polish IT job market, talent landscape, and effective sourcing channels within Poland.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding and practical experience with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
