Computer Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical remote computer systems analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing efficient computer systems and processes to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and assess current IT systems and processes to identify improvements and efficiency gains.

Consult with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into system specifications.

Design and implement new system solutions or modifications to existing systems.

Perform cost-benefit analysis for system upgrades and improvements.

Collaborate with developers, network engineers, and other IT professionals to ensure system compatibility and performance.

Test systems and troubleshoot issues before deployment.

Prepare detailed documentation, user manuals, and system reports.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend strategic upgrades.

Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship (Required).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, or related IT role.

Strong understanding of system architecture, software development life cycle (SDLC), and IT infrastructure.

Proficiency with system modeling tools, data analysis, and technical documentation.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
