About the job Project & Documentation Coordinator
We're looking for a highly organized Project & Documentation Coordinator to support our team in keeping projects on track and documentation up to date. This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and enjoys organizing people, processes, and information.
Key Responsibilities:
Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across teams
Maintain accurate and accessible internal documentation (Google Docs, Notion, Confluence, etc.)
Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and task assignments
Create and update project reports, checklists, and summaries
Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with team workflows
Assist with onboarding materials, SOPs, and process updates
What We're Looking For:
U.S. citizenship required
2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or documentation roles
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple moving parts
