In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their systems and software are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for any technical issues and will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services

- Document and track all support requests and resolutions in our system

- Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve any recurring technical issues

- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to our systems and software

- Train clients on how to use our products and services effectively

- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends to provide the best support possible

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to management

- Assist with onboarding new clients and providing technical support during the implementation process

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Experience with customer service and providing support to non-technical users

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

- Experience with cloud-based systems and SaaS products is a plus

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is a plus
