Position Overview:

As a User Experience Designer at generalwebers, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our products. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand user needs, gather requirements, and create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Your primary focus will be on creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate your design ideas and improve the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows

- Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent with our brand guidelines

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in user experience design

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- A portfolio showcasing your previous design projects and thought process
