Fundraising Event Assistant - Entry Level

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Fundraising Event Assistant to support charitable organizations through community outreach, fundraising campaigns, and promotional events.

In this entry-level role, you will work with our fundraising and marketing teams to help increase awareness, engage supporters, and create positive community experiences. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates interested in fundraising, nonprofit marketing, event coordination, communications, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of fundraising and promotional events
• Represent charitable organizations professionally at community events
• Engage with attendees, supporters, and members of the public
• Educate the community about nonprofit programs and initiatives
• Support fundraising and donor acquisition efforts
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Assist with event setup, logistics, materials, and breakdown
• Maintain accurate donor and supporter information
• Communicate event results and feedback to management
• Support marketing and communications initiatives
• Work with team members to achieve fundraising and campaign goals

Qualifications

Previous fundraising or event experience is preferred but not required. Training is provided.
