We are looking for an energetic and people-focused Customer Service Representative to assist with our event marketing initiatives. This position involves representing client brands at promotional events while creating engaging and positive experiences for attendees. The right candidate enjoys meeting new people, communicating with diverse audiences, and working in dynamic, fast-paced environments where no two events are the same.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a representative for client brands during live marketing events, retail promotions, community outreach programs, and pop-up activations.

  • Interact with event attendees in a friendly and engaging way to create memorable brand experiences.

  • Share product information, perform demonstrations when appropriate, and distribute promotional items or samples.

  • Support event operations by helping with guest registration, sign-ups, and check-in procedures.

  • Participate in company training to become a knowledgeable and confident brand ambassador.

  • Observe attendee engagement levels and monitor overall event traffic.

  • Gather feedback and insights from customers to help improve future campaigns and event strategies.

  • Coordinate with the event team to help ensure smooth setup, operation, and breakdown of promotional events.

  • Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence while representing both the company and its partner brands.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus.

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, promotions, hospitality, or event support is beneficial.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of people.

  • Comfortable working in busy environments and engaging with the public.

  • Access to reliable transportation and the ability to travel to local event locations.

  • Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends.
