Job Overview

As a Marketing Communications Assistant, you will be the on-site voice of our clients, connecting with consumers, delivering presentations, and supporting field marketing campaigns. Your efforts will help strengthen brand recognition, drive customer loyalty, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support for marketing campaigns, especially in new markets.

  • Conduct consumer presentations and demonstrations to showcase services and benefits.

  • Increase brand awareness and support client strategy through in-person engagement.

  • Track campaign results daily and weekly, consulting with the Sales & Marketing Director to optimize performance.

  • Act as a trusted on-site brand expert, demonstrating accountability and driving results.

  • Identify and create sales opportunities through direct consumer engagement.

  • Implement tactical marketing initiatives as directed by the Marketing Specialist and Director of Sales & Marketing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers at live events.

  • Collect and manage consumer data from in-person interactions.
