Entry-Level Event Fundraising Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Event Fundraising Associate to support charitable organizations through fundraising campaigns, community outreach, and promotional events.

This is an entry-level position with training provided. You will work directly with the public at fundraising and community events, helping raise awareness for important causes while developing valuable skills in fundraising, event marketing, communication, customer engagement, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent charitable organizations at local fundraising and community events
• Engage with members of the public and build awareness of nonprofit programs
• Educate supporters about charitable initiatives and fundraising campaigns
• Assist with donor and supporter acquisition
• Provide professional and positive customer service
• Support event setup, logistics, and breakdown
• Assist with promotional and fundraising activities
• Communicate campaign information clearly and accurately
• Track and report event results and supporter feedback
• Work with team members to achieve fundraising and campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

Previous fundraising experience is not required. Training is provided.
