Community Outreach Associate - Entry Level

We are seeking a Community Outreach Associate to join our Marketing & Communications team and support public relations campaigns, community initiatives, and client programs. This role offers hands-on experience connecting with consumers, community partners, and corporate clients while developing valuable skills in marketing, communications, outreach, and public relations.

Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with consumers in targeted communities to promote client programs and initiatives
• Represent clients at on-site events, outreach campaigns, and promotional activities
• Distribute program materials and provide information to qualified participants
• Maintain communication with community members and support participant engagement
• Assist with public relations strategies, campaign development, and community outreach efforts
• Collect and maintain participant information for reporting and campaign tracking
• Support market research and identify opportunities for community growth
• Build relationships with consumers, partners, and community organizations
