  • Location: TimesCity, 458 Minh Khai, Vinh Tuy, Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

  • Employment Type: Full-Time. 

  • Operating hours:     Monday through Sunday.

- Work in a maximum of 40 hours per week (5 shift/week with night shift required).
- Availability on weekends, holidays.

Job Summary 

The Content Moderation QA position aims to ensure the consistent and high-quality execution of content moderation policies, providing feedback to enhance accuracy, minimize errors, and contribute to a positive online environment.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems;

  • Plan, conducted & monitored testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the quality of products;

  • Investigate customer's claims and non-conformance issues;

  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems;

  • Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventative actions;

  • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience;

  • Fluent in English (minimum B2, C1 preferred);

  • Good English skills in reading and gathering information from foreign customers' requirements;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely;

  • Having a proficiency in Japanese, reading, & writing (minimum JLPT N2);

  • Have at least 1-year experience in customer support and service analysis;

  • Having content-moderation-related skills is preferable;

  • Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Drive;

  • Willingness to handle multi-projects;

  • Experience in the BPO is an advantage;

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifting schedules including night shifts.
