Responsibility
HR Data Processing and Analysis
- Generating reports on various HR metrics, such as but not limited to employee turnover, absenteeism, performance and employee demographics.
- Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
- Using data visualization tools to create clear and informative reports and dashboards.
Training and Development
- Design, implement, and manage training programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee competencies.
- Create a competency matrix for each level and positions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
Performance Management
- Support the development and implementation of performance management processes.
- Partner with managers to identify employee development needs and create tailored development plans.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Employee Engagement and Retention
- Develop initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and job satisfaction.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to recommend improvement strategies.
Career Development
- Guide employees in creating and pursuing personal development plans.
- Identify high-potential employees and support their growth through leadership programs.
Key skills and experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR Data Analysis, Learning and Development, or a similar role (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of training design, competency matrix, delivery methods, and evaluation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and career development frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Google suites, MS Office and HRIS tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or equivalent.
- Experience in a BPO or multicultural environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
