Job Summary
As a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's expanding needs. You will play a critical role in developing effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, including screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Conduct market research to stay updated on talent trends and competitive hiring strategies.
Manage and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up and a positive candidate experience.
Assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential through structured interviews and assessments.
Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters on best practices and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or multinational company.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Experience in behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
