Introduction

Reporting to Country HR Manager, The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for managing local recruitment efforts for our BPO operations. This includes individual and mass recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in BPO recruitment and will be adept at sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibility

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, and requirements; 
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans for regional and local markets, including individual and mass recruitment efforts; 
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals; 
  • Manage and maintain candidate tracking systems and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics; 
  • Continuously review and enhance recruitment processes, policies, and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness; 
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to the recruitment team to ensure best practices are consistently followed; 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other institutions to facilitate campus recruitment initiatives.

Key skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry; 
  • Strong knowledge of regional and local labor markets, as well as industry-specific recruitment trends and best practices; 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels; 
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills; 
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills; 
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools; 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
