Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Moderation Trainer. This role will report directly to our Training Manager. In this role, your main responsibilities are: 

Responsibility

  • Conceptualize training sessions based on data and research;

  • Create training strategies and initiatives;

  • Test and review created training methods;

  • Maintain a database of all training sessions; 

  • Instruct employee training and onboarding; 

  • Review employee performance and learning; 

  • Conduct training classes on policy/product; 

  • Responsible for Training Needs Analysis and Knowledge transfer for any identified knowledge issues.

Key skills and experience

  • Bachelors degree in any related field;

  • Vietnamese local; proficient in English 4 skills (at least C1 level); 

  • At least 1-2 years experience in training; solid training and coaching skills experience;

  • Experience working in the BPO industry is a plus;

  • Training Needs Analysis knowledge and/ or experience is a plus;

  • Proficient skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive and Internet applications;

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and in writing; 

  • Knowledge of people learning patterns to design programs with excellent efficiency;

  • Personal traits and self-management skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast pace work environment within the Content Moderation industry. Candidates may potentially be exposed to harmful content.

3. Working time:

  • 5 shifts per week amounting to 40 hours, arranged by the company;

  • The detailed working hours are as following:
    • Trainer will follow class schedule basis availability;

    • Willing to work on flexible shift timings, including night shifts and public holiday.
