About the job Communication Officer (remote)
Introduction
Reporting to the Global Communication Team Leader, the Internal Communications Officer will contribute to boosting our employee engagement via internal events and internal communications.
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibility
- Give ideas and organize internal events in order to connect employees;
- Support the tasks of updating, designing, and editing internal publications, and media materials;
- Cooperate with Global Communication team members in other offices to implement synchronized internal events efficiently and effectively;
- Acting as corporate communication to deliver the communication properly. And to make sure the message can be understood by the employees.
- Be an active listener, catch up with all team members to understand if there are any queries, issues, or feedback; then report to the management team to promptly resolve them;
- Support other activities regarding employer branding, company events, external publication, etc.;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Global Communication Team Leader.
Key skills and experience
- University students (Senior)/ fresh graduates in marketing, communications, advertising or similar;
- Experience in supporting Communications/Marketing/Event is preferred;
Good at English (speaking and writing skills);
Active and creative person;
Have organizational and planning skills;
Must be a confident communicator and presenter;
Familiarity with social media tools;
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills;
Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic;
Able to work 8 hours/ day (from Monday to Friday);
- Basic knowledge of graphic/video design applications (Adobe, Canva, Capcut, etc.) is a plus;
A graphic portfolio is a plus.
