Job Description
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Generating leads from marketing campaigns for sales opportunities and Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
- Collating and maintaining client information.
- Utilize our prospecting strategy, criteria, and templates to build a list of potential prospects, leveraging our shared database and tracking sheet.
- Identify key points of contact within prospective companies.
- Collaborate with your BD Lead and Sales Managers to schedule meetings with prospects upon receiving responses.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of BDR experience in BPO contact center and managed outsource services industry preferred.
- Should be well verse on speaking, reading and writing Madarin.
- A fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Computer literacy (standard Office applications)
- Strong discovery skills, solution selling ability, and objection handling skills
- Extremely self-starter or self-motivated with a diligent work ethic and strong attention to detail
- Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and business correspondence experience (preferred).
- An understanding of the BPO ecosystem, with an interest and curiosity to learn more.
