About the job Content Moderator - Malay Languague / Bahasa Melayu
Job Requirement
1. Fresh graduate from Bachelor or Diploma degree are open to apply
2. Excellent English and language related (Bahasa Melayu) communication skills (written, spoken, listening & reading) with a minimum proficiency level of B2 for both languages (No need certificate, will have internal assesment).
3. Content moderation or BPO work experience is a plus,
4. Have the ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Drive,
5. Good attention to details,
6. Able to work as a team,
7. Able to start working immediately is preferred,
8. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays,
9. Able to work on shifting schedules including night shifts,
10. Willing to be placed and full WFO in Surabaya Office.
What you will do?
1. Review all user-generated content on your platform, including text chats, images, videos, and comments.
2. Assess whether the content adheres to community guidelines, and remove any material that violates the standards.
3. Manages content safety for short-video products to ensure compliance with legal standards.
4. Coordinating with supervising departments to make sure contents following the guidance and standard,
5. Reviewing the updating content on a popular social media platform.
