Job Description Image Moderator (On-site, Hanoi)

We are seeking Image Moderators who will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated images in-game. You will help maintain a safe environment for our community while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and review images generated by users in-game.

• Maintain a secure working environment and strictly protect all handled data privacy protection is a top priority.

• Meet personal and team productivity/quality targets.

• Work flexible schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Perform other tasks as requested by the manager.

Job Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level (approx. IELTS 5.5 / TOEIC 600).

• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

• Good computer skills; familiar with MS Office and Google applications.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile devices, and various mobile apps.

• Able to work full-time and on rotating shifts.

Working Schedule

• Midnight Shift: 12AM - 6AM

• Morning Shift: 6AM - 12PM

• Afternoon Shift: 12PM - 6PM

• Evening Shift: 6PM - 12AM
