About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly accountable Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee both Frontline and Back Office (BO) hiring, guide a team of recruiters, and ensure alignment with hiring plans across the region. This role is hands-on and strategic, involving day-to-day hiring, cross-country collaboration, project participation, and tight control of recruitment budget and compliance.
Responsibility:
- Lead and coach TA Specialists to ensure high-quality, timely hiring across both Frontline (e.g., Content Moderators, CSA) and Back Office (e.g., Finance, HR, IT) roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior or priority positions, including sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
- Actively support cross-country hiring and project rollouts across in the region (including India, Indonesia, Laos, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand) and in any assigned countries.
- Take ownership of budget control: Monitor recruitment-related expenses, validate sourcing decisions, and ensure proper approval routing.
- Track hiring performance (OKR/KPI) and headcount progress using internal dashboards and trackers. Flag risks or delays proactively.
- Work closely with the Regional TA Managers to align hiring activities with ramp plans, forecasts, and business needs.
- Ensures accurate and timely reporting on hiring status, budget usage, and team performance.
- Support TA process improvements, policy updates, and internal audits when required.
Involve in Employer Branding initiatives.
Desired Expertise:
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 12 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven experience handling both high-volume frontline hiring and niche BO roles.
- Strong project ownership and accountability: You follow through, flag risks, and deliver outcomes.
- Experience working across multiple countries or remote TA teams is preferred.
- Budget-conscious: Able to track costs, question spending decisions when needed, and ensure all expenses follow the correct approval process.
- Data-driven: Uses data to drive decisions, forecast needs, and improve recruitment performance.
Strong organizational and communication skills; fluent in English.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), ATS, and reporting.
