About the job Customer Support Agent (Chinese Language)
Location: Ha Noi and Da Nang
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Support customers with inquiries related to bookings, schedules, and general service information
Provide accurate guidance on policies, procedures, and service offerings
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
Coordinate with internal teams to handle escalations and complex cases
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
Ensure compliance with company service standards and quality guidelines
Qualifications
Open to Fresher and candidate with at least 6-month experience in Customer Service
English proficiency: B2 level or above
Chinese proficiency: B2 level or above, with recognized certification (e.g. HSK 4 or equivalent)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
Good customer-centric mindset and attention to detail
