CONTENT MODERATOR(TH-KH)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handles the content safety of short-video products to ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate with supervisors to deal with contents violating community guidelines and update operations standard.
• Perform audit of contents received for sharing on social media uploads.
• Review online videos / content / complaints / legal notices received from end-customer on incorrect decisions taken related to copyright work materials.
• Review and update content on popular social media platforms.
• AS per the role: there is possibility to be exposed to potentially harmful or sensitive content in each shift. Personal traits and self-management skills are needed to manage unique risks at a fast-paced environment within the industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Vocational Certificate or Higher in any field.
• Enjoys spending time watching social media feed (is an advantage).
• Capable of withstanding potentially sensitive contents.
• English communication skill (B2 Results) + good verbal communication.
• Khmer and Thai Proficiency (review Khmer content).
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Start work immediately is an advantage.
