GCO Partners is partnering with a respected international accounting and advisory firm to strengthen its Financial Services audit division. Were seeking an experienced Audit Senior with Investment Fund audit experience who has worked in the Cayman Islands or with Cayman-based firms. This role offers global exposure, high-calibre clients, and the opportunity to collaborate across international teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver audits for Investment Funds and Financial Services clients, ensuring compliance with international auditing standards.

• Manage audit engagements from planning through completion, including risk assessment, execution, and final reporting.

• Review and supervise junior team members to ensure quality and technical accuracy.

• Engage directly with clients to resolve queries and provide value-driven insights.

• Work collaboratively with global teams across the Caribbean and other international offices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of external audit experience in Financial Services / Investment Funds.

• Proven experience working in the Cayman Islands or with Cayman-based firms is essential.

• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.

• CaseWare experience advantageous but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
