US-Focused Finance Team | Zimbabwe & South Africa

We are building a high-performance finance team supporting established US-based organisations.

We are hiring across:

• Controller / Senior Finance Lead

• Staff Accountants

• AP / Payroll Specialists

US accounting experience is essential.
You must have worked in a US GAAP environment supporting US-based entities.

What This Team Will Do

This team will operate within a structured US GAAP framework, delivering:

• Month-end close execution and oversight

• Multi-entity financial reporting

• General ledger ownership

• Accruals, prepayments and reconciliations

• Fixed asset and intercompany accounting

• Payroll processing and payroll journal posting

• Vendor management and AP controls

• Variance analysis and management reporting

• KPI tracking and performance commentary

Who We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

• Have proven US GAAP exposure

• Have supported US-based entities remotely or directly

• Have worked in multi-entity or structured reporting environments

• Are strong in month-end close and reconciliations

• Are comfortable working with international leadership teams

Transferable experience is welcome.

If you have worked in:

• US audit engagements

• US accounting support environments

• US payroll processing

• Financial reporting roles serving US clients

And are looking to transition into a structured operational finance environment, we would like to hear from you.
