We are hiring Audit Seniors to support a leading UK mid-tier accountancy practice across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries. This is a long-term engagement, ideal for auditors with strong UK external audit experience who can take ownership of engagements and deliver high-quality work at pace.

This role offers sustained UK exposure, consistent work, and the opportunity to embed into a high-performing audit team supporting complex, real-world engagements.

What Youll Do

  • Lead external audits end-to-end, from planning through to completion and partner review

  • Perform robust risk assessments, substantive testing, and analytical reviews across a varied client base

  • Review the work of junior team members, providing clear guidance and ensuring quality and consistency

  • Liaise directly with UK-based clients to resolve queries and keep audits on track

  • Prepare clear, well-structured working papers and audit deliverables in line with UK standards and deadlines

What Youll Bring (Non-Negotiable)

  • Recent UK external audit experience within a practice environment

  • CA(SA), ACA, or ACCA qualified, with 2+ years post-qualification (or equivalent) audit experience

  • Strong working knowledge of FRS 102 and UK GAAP

  • Confident use of CaseWare, CCH, or similar audit software

  • Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder-management skills

  • Extensive Inflo Exposure Crucial 

  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively

Advantageous

  • Experience auditing clients across multiple industries (e.g. owner-managed businesses, SMEs, groups, regulated entities, NFPs, or charities)

  • Experience leading or supporting multiple engagements concurrently during peak periods

  • Prior exposure to UK mid-tier or large-firm audit environments
