International Financial Centre (DIFC), regulated by the Dubai Financial Services

Responsibilities:
Ø Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HNW & UHNW clients by
understanding their unique financial needs and objectives. Becoming their trusted
advisor / investment manager.
Ø Generate growth in AUM and revenue streams that will ensure delivery of the
financial plan and achievement of Individual and Firms Targets against Key
performance Indicators while maintaining a high standard of service quality.
Ø Job responsibilities will include acquisition of HNW & UHNW clients, advising clients
regarding their investment needs, in strict compliance with applicable rules and
regulations and providing high levels of service.
Ø Actively define your strategy to develop your clients portfolios using the full breath of
the firms products and capabilities.
Ø An active team member, ready to contribute for the development of the commercial
and investment areas with ideas and suggestions.
Ø Achieve individual targets against KPIs, including revenue targets, client base growth
(AUM) and account profitability, while maintaining a high standard of service quality.
Ø To act as the first line of defence, performing KYC / AML reviews, including periodic
reviews & Due Diligence reviews in a timely manner by maintain satisfactory Control
& Compliance environment with full adherence to DFSA rules and regulations and
Company Policies and Procedures.
The Successful Applicant should have the following:
Ø Currently working at a well-established Private Bank, Asset Management or Wealth
Management firm with not less than 5 years of experience at Senior level.
Ø At least a bachelor's degree in finance, business management or a related field from
a reputable university.
Ø Strong knowledge of financial products, financial markets, and wealth management
principles.
Ø Have an established book of HNW & UHNW clients, and relationships with family
offices and/or institutions.
Ø Business Plan for the first 3 years.
Ø Generate growth in AUM and revenue streams that will ensure delivery of the
financial plan.
Ø Continue to grow your existing relationships and acquire new ones.
Ø Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ø Motivation and team spirit is essential, strong sense of group.
Ø Interest and knowledge to explore alternative asset classes: venture capital, hedge
funds, crypto instruments, etc.
Ø Fluent English, additional languages a plus.
Ø Impeccable work ethics.
Ø Professional certifications such as CFP, CISI or equivalent are highly desirable.
